Sausage Patties

Ben is on spring break! And since he was a little stuffy from a cold or allergies, we took it easy today. We walked down by the stream behind our apartments to throw rocks in the water and watch leaves float away. Then we went to Costco to get some eggs to color. Of course we had to try all the free samples and one of them happened to be these sausage patties. He loved them and asked if we could buy them. So I searched the freezer section, saw that they were $10 and was wondering to myself, if they were worth the money. Ben was pleading,"can we get them mom? Can we get them mom?" over and over and then he said,"what are you waiting for?! Its delicious meat?!"
And so the bag came home with us...he really loves it!

Ben's Temples

Since Easter is coming up, we went to the LDS bookstore and told Ben to pick something out that reminded him of Christ. We brought home a packet of temple photos. He has been very busy with them; wanting to know which temple goes with each of the places we were born, inventing games like guessing the temple he is thinking of. This morning he said, "mom, can we tape the temples all over my room so I can look at them? I just love temples now!" So this is what we did.
